Financial Administrator

We are on the hunt for a “all hands on deck” Financial Administrator to join our happy, busy & very successful team!

The position is flexible. We would be happy to embrace a new team member on a permanent, full time basis / part time basis / flexi hour basis.

We are Mortgage & Protection Advisers based in Muswell Hill & have been providing financial advice for over 35 years. We are a small team – 4 permanent full time staff & 2 part time staff.

We are looking for a team member who is friendly, hard working, punctual, has an excellent work ethic & essentially has a “can do” attitude & is willing to muck in & get involved in multiple aspects of the job.

Duties will include the following: (and more)

  • Answering phones
  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Drafting letters to clients / life companies / mortgage lenders
  • Data entry (inputting applications)
  • Calling life companies & lenders to get updates on current cases
  • Assisting current staff as & when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00 to £23,000.00 /year
